Not sure why there are so many really negative reviews. Works mostly very well for me, showing me all the metric charts I created on the web interface. There are a couple of minor niggles which means it's only 4 stars for me. Firstly, swiping across a chart from the dashboard shows the cross-hair line and a label, but the label is just a filled white box with no visible text. Secondly, even if I favourite my dashboard, so that they appear in the Home tab, after exiting and opening the app again, the favourites have been forgotten.

Constantly gives error oh no something bad happened. Initially I thought this was going to be a fantastic addition to getting great visuals and alerts of my machines. The graphs were comprehensive and could get the important info I was interested in, but it is short lived. Once you have viewed the graphs for a minute or so the application starts to misbehave and not return any data, just errors that something bad has happened. Basically have to completely kill the app and launch it again.

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used. People relied on this to monitor their stuff but the NR app fails 100% to load into the dashboard when there's a new notifications. We have to end previous sessions first (using the browser) then only the app is able to login. So what's the point of having the app? Update: now it doesn't support auto fill login? It's getting worst with every new version... Update after 6 months later, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!
