Ratings and reviews

Advertisements are making articles difficult to read. If you are reading an article the text jumps to make space for the advertisement, which is really frustrating and irritating. Please make this to stop as we are paying for access to the article but need to constantly scroll up and down to try and find where you were reading before the advert popped up. This not acceptable for a paid service.

WHY CHANGE THE FONT SIZE..... The font size has reduced with the new update - both my husband & I will now need readers. Please change size back to what it was or give us a setting that we can adjust the font to our needs.

If you charge a subscription, but still show ads, then just offer a higher tier of subscription which removes ads. If I can't afford it, then I'll have a better time accepting the ads. If I can afford it, then I'll buy it. EDIT: does not give you the option to opt out of targeted ads
