This app is awful. My pharmacy talked me into it when their system suddenly stopped texting me. It's been terrible. One of my regular, ongoing meds was removed from the app completely... and it was still an ongoing prescription. Another time I placed a refill order and it was never filled. It just disappeared. I asked the pharmacy and there was no order. I stopped using it after that. If I have to call anyway, I may as well call instead of waiting for refills that won't be filled.

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!

App just stays on the loading screen and never logs me in. Sometimes it works but most of the time I can't get it to open. I'll revisit this review if they fix the issues. **Re-visited the review and dropped it to 1 star. This app just doesn't work 100% of the time now. They really need to update it freezing on patient loading. Very frustrating not being able to manage refills or see when meds are ready when the app doesn't work. I have a much older phone, a Samsung note 10+
