This app is awful!! I can't even finish getting thru the setup. I finally gave up an un- installed. I got an error message after every step. Took 3 -4 tines for each one. Now can't get past setting a password. Get an error, then error 500. 12 times I tried.. it shouldn't be that difficult to register and since it is I can only imagine how painful the app will be to actually use.

Unfortunately it doesn't update, for example: you requested a refill, it takes forever to show it's in progress, then it continues to say in progress. Wont tell you if it's ready or not ready etc. Also, some meds aren't even showing up, is that the pharmacys fault or the app?? A bit generic in the visual aspect. And seems to be slow running. Very convenient though, just needs work.

Update - app still sucks. I feel like it's one step forward and two steps back anytime there is an update. Why do I have to go through like 6 screens to refill a script? Everything in this app takes at least twice as long and twice as many clicks as it should. And when I finally get to the end (I assume), it won't submit because it says I need to schedule pickup at least one day in the future (I selected the day after tomorrow).
