The app is now complete garbage! I uninstalled and reinstalled twice! It no longer works! It worked great until some time last month. I tried to reorder my meds for the month, and when I tried to login, it automatically switched over to the click to login page and got stuck there. the app is of no use to me so I wont install it again until everything thats wrong is fixed.

The app works fine for requesting refills, but it doesn't send notifications (even with that option turned on). It would be so much nicer to get a notification when a prescription is ready than having to continually remember to check the app. I haven't tried using it for messaging yet, but my pharmacist says a lot of patients complain about it.

Not a bad app, not stable at times, crashes at times, won't load in, or extremely long loading in times. It would be nice if it worked on Chromebook. Finger print or pin stops working at times and you have to reinstall the app and reset everything back up to get the fingerprint or pin to work again, just for it to work for a short time and stop working again. Messages with the pharmacy can be buggy and sometimes you don't receive the message alerts. chat and text does not work you have to call.
