I have confirmed my account through the link sent to my email and completed all the required steps. However, the login issue still persists. In addition, the application does not display any error messages that clarify the cause of the problem, which indicates that there are unhandled cases within the program logic. The app’s performance is absolutely terrible. It crashes constantly, especially when trying to scroll through videos, and random black screens appear out of nowhere. It's completely unusable. What’s even more concerning is that, within just an hour of using the app, I started receiving an overwhelming number of spam emails. This raises serious security concerns, especially since my payment details are stored within the app. I’m genuinely worried about my personal information being compromised.

If you're new to this application, I strongly advise against using it. After just a day of trying it out, I’ve been bombarded with unsolicited text messages & calls from unknown, spamming numbers. The content on the app feels far from genuine, & videos take much load. Worse still, the app frequently crashes when scrolling, which much messy for any modern platform. I’m seriously alarmed about the security of my personal and banking information, which I regret sharing with Telefanz.
