Pay Bills: If you have registered for our free Bill Pay service, you can use your mobile device to pay bills. You can even add payees right from your device.

Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Newtown Savings Bank customer service directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE The app utilizes bank-level security. It allows Face ID® and/or Touch ID® authorizations.

GETTING STARTED To use the Newtown Savings Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Newtown Savings Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

The app could be better, but this review is really about the bank itself. I want a small check for compensation for how many times I have wasted time and gas driving to one of their ATMs to deposit cash just for the ATM to not be working. And they say that you can make an overnight deposit, but that is inconvenient, especially when you need it deposited right away, and also all they have are blank holiday envelopes with nowhere to put your account information for the deposit.

This "new" app is a step back, not an upgrade. It's a downgrade. I'm considering switching banks ever since this new app. I'm not kidding. This is a disgrace. It's unusable. I can't login, keeps saying slow server and sticks at the loading screen. Even when I previously was able to get in.. The app is FAR WORSE than the previous one. Why can't I manage my card? Lock card. Order a new card. I see NOTHING containing card information. Or why can't I message an employee anymore? I'm angry. 🤬

They fixed what was perhaps the worst thing about the app which was the chat bubble nearly covering the menu bars. I only use the app for a mortgage account and have learned to live with the app for my purposes. I have figured out how to set up my automatic payments and read my statements through the app.
