The Newtown Savings Bank Mobile App delivers full-service banking to your mobile device.

Note: We do not charge for mobile banking. Your mobile device provider may charge you fees. Please check with your carrier.

FEATURES:

Access to your Newtown Savings Bank Accounts: View balances and transactions. Move money between accounts.

Deposit checks from your phone: Just snap a picture of the check, enter the amount, and your check is deposited into your account.

Pay Bills: If you have registered for our free Bill Pay service, you can use your mobile device to pay bills. You can even add payees right from your device.

Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Newtown Savings Bank customer service directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE The app utilizes bank-level security. It allows Face ID® and/or Touch ID® authorizations.

GETTING STARTED To use the Newtown Savings Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Newtown Savings Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

This "new" app is a step back, not an upgrade. It's a downgrade. I'm considering switching banks ever since this new app. I'm not kidding. This is a disgrace. It's unusable. I can't login, keeps saying slow server and sticks at the loading screen. Even when I previously was able to get in.. The app is FAR WORSE than the previous one. Why can't I manage my card? Lock card. Order a new card. I see NOTHING containing card information. Or why can't I message an employee anymore? I'm angry. 🤬

Personally very disappointed in the new app. It is not user friendly and has loss of functionality ie: like visual layout of dashboard, categories, notes and not being able to halt a card for security purposes. I would have thought that NSB management/developers would have made card security Paramount in a new app. A second app for this is not acceptable. With growing use of mobile apps Additional functionality, not less, would be the way I would expect developers to go. This app went backwards.

Very much worse than the original app. Both in aesthetic (which is subjective), and also in usability. It runs very slowly and isn't nearly as intuitive as the previous app. Not sure why this one exists and an update wasn't simply rolled out for the old app.
