I purchased the 7-day match package on T Sports to watch live matches, but unfortunately, I am unable to watch anything. Every time I try to stream a match, it shows “Something went wrong.” This is extremely frustrating, especially after paying for the service. The app needs serious improvement in stability and customer support. Very disappointed with the experience. I hope the issue gets fixed soon and proper compensation is provided to users who paid but couldn’t access the content.

This is the worst platform I have ever seen for T-Sport online channels. After purchasing the subscription, when I try to watch the live channels, it shows ‘Something went wrong.’ I’m very disappointed with this service, and I suggest that no one purchase a paid subscription on this platform

I purchased this app subscription twice (19 BDT each), but I did not receive the promised service. I was unable to watch any matches despite having an active subscription. This issue is affecting many users, not just me. In total, I was charged 38 BDT without getting any service. This is very misleading and feels like fraudulent behavior.
