Target audience:
- Disabled: Persons with a severe disability (severely disabled) or citizens who have difficulty using public transportation due to a temporary disability (attach medical certificate and doctor's note)
- Elderly: Citizens who have difficulty using public transportation over the age of 65 and who hold a long-term care certificate for the elderly at all levels of long-term care for the elderly
- Pregnant women and temporary wheelchair users who have difficulty using public transportation

Usage fee:
- Basic fee: KRW 500 for up to 2km / KRW 100 per 1km for excess
- Fees for use outside the facility vary depending on the region.
