Have used Nexo for over a year now. I've put a lot of money in, and was skeptical at first but now trust the platform. I have had no issues, and the passive income is great! Almost an extra $200 per week!! Very easy app to use, although the haptic feedback has issues on Android and makes the use of the app feel awkward. Very minor thing, but something to note. Also, no ads!!!

Decided to test the wallet out by transferring a small amount from an existing wallet. I had no problems transferring the coins in, but when I attempted to transfer the coins out, I am blocked by a two step authenticator code, and no email providing the code. I emailed customer service, but got a generic "We are experiencing high volumes" response and that was it. Decided to try again a few weeks later, and exact issue. Do not use Nexo, they will simply steal your coins and lock them away.

Using for 4 months, and physical card for 2 months. Having the ability to spend with card and not having to repay (for 12 months) or loan (when having the correct amount of nexo) is just a great opportunity. Customer support was also good and quick. Highly recommend. = Edit : physical card has been revoked for almost a half year now with promises of a new physical card, but still nothing, very disappointed = subtracted star : "soon" as advertised should not be almost a year, just be honest nexo
