Not user friendly. I have to chat with customer service to correct thier options and the apps keep scrolling and not able to proceed for payment. Even the updating address at the bottom is hidden by my keypad and when key in the credit card, we have to manually adjust either visa or master. No auto detect.Haven't seen this kind of bad UX apps

Disappointed. When I wanted to see what I want to eat the next day at midnight but I can't even check the menu because restaurants are closed. Please take a page from Grab Food, their users can still view menu although restaurants are not available during the moment. Next, the design of the menu is frustrating. I can't see the pictures of the food clearly because the label has already blocked it. And the location part is so bad. It keeps saying loading but still I can't load it.

Why there's not an option for me to text the driver and why can't I see where's the driver? If I want human interaction I could've/would've gone out to buy the food myself. App system seems like a hassle somehow. But the restaurants available are interesting. Hoping for improvement later on
