Every time I top up I get an error message. After a year of complaints I've realised Skinny doesn't care and won't fix the gliche. it does top up it just doesn't show. I learned that after the first 2 times when I tried again as per the error message and ended up with a large credit as bank records proved they had all gone through. Customer services are oblivious when advised and sound bored. I suppose you get what you pay for with a budget service.

The app is pretty good overall. My only issue is you can't update your 4 digit security pin on the app & while you can do it on the website, the app refuses to recognise the new pin. It keeps saying 'Whoops! Looks like you've entered an incorrect pin.' when I haven't as I've just updated it. Even logging in & out or uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't work.
