Horrible call quality. I have to call people from here and transfer them to my cell line for us to hear each other. While on an active call, if you click out of the app, it is very difficult to get back to your call screen. Then while on the call screen, the screen doesn't dim like it does for personal calls, so your face is constantly pushing buttons or you have to put it on speaker phone.

I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but I'll make an exception. Calling out isn't a problem since I have 5GB and fiber optic speed internet, but they broke almost everything else in the last update. It doesn't receive incoming calls anymore. The call log doesn't show recent calls. Voicemails are from before the update, nothing after. Basically, when they updated the desktop app, they broke the mobile app. Hopefully they come out with an updated or new mobile app soon.

I only did a trield run on one cell phone for about 2 months. Made about 10 -15 calls on 3 different networks and on mobile data. The app would be so nice if it just did what it's supposed to do. If iam on a regular call and I get a nextiva call my phone freaks out. Call quality hasnt been great across these networks and even had some calls end up taking twice as long because I had to repeat everything. Iam sure mobile only isn't the best option, but it's unusable for personal use let alone work
