Garbage all the way around. The app rarely works. When the app does work, like others, there are quality issues, dropped calls, delays in the transmission, etc. The software infrastructure for the desktop and online is also terrible. It is not user friendly and many of the features, which sales might tell you that you get, won't work unless you get a highly upgraded (i.e. more costly) subscription. I was interested in a specific integration with an outside software, which sales assured me would work with the plan I was looking at. When I went to set it up, tech support informed me I'd have to upgrade to integrate the software... All around bad experience with their software, across the board.

BUYER BEWARE: This is a terrible app. One of the worst apps I have used. For tech savvy customers the functionality should be simple to use and understand. The issue is it does not work properly. I went through there troubleshooting with them for over an hour and no resolution. They basically made me reinstall after seeing all my settings were correct. It still doesn't work correctly.

I rarely ever write reviews. This app is SO TERRIBLE that I felt the duty to warn others away from it. For over two months now, maybe a handful of calls actually went through and I was able to answer them. All the rest were missed, went to voice mail, or were lost. The sound quality is terrible -- it's muffled and clients tell us that we sound like we're in a cave. There's an echo at times. The worst part though is the customer service. Logging in and out does NOT fix anything. I've put in two tickets in the last week and instead of fixing my issues, they completely deleted ALL of the data AND my boss's data! Which was not helpful in the slightest and I suspect it wasn't intended to be. Who deletes all the contacts, all the calls and all the voicemails? How is that possibly helpful? I've used RING CENTRAL in the past and never had a single issue with it. I hope we're switching soon.
