Service worked fine for around 6 months, but after the most recent app update the mobile app can no longer make or receive calls regardless of Cellular or Wifi connection, across multiple networks. After 3 hours of troubleshooting they said the issue was being escalated, which was a lie (stated on a recorded phone call). I am currently 5 1/2 hours in (and counting), mostly on hold, as they would not address the issue if I was not on the line, and only now it's being escalated. Use anyone else.

They lied about integrations. The app hangs most of the time on a brand new flagship android. Getting a real support person on the phone is impossible. I can't make or receive calls or texts. I've waited on hold for hours, several times and have yet to speak to anyone to solve the issue. It doesn't get any worse than Nextiva. My business is dead in the water because I trusted Nextiva. Do not make the same mistake.

This is possibly the worst app I have ever used. it's so buggy. I'll be logged in with different Users on two of my work phones. if I answer on one sometimes the other phone will just keep ringing and I have to restart the phone. worse yet sometime I can't even answer calls. and If that wasn't bad enough sometimes the app fails to even send calls through but there is no way to tell when this happens. I have to log out and back in 3x a day to have some sense of confidence in it (which I have 0)
