Passport by Nexudus can be used by members of any of these spaces to join and connect with their communities via the messaging boards, search through the members directory to locate and connect with specific skills, request and manage their room bookings as well as edit their personal details, download their payment history and invoices.

I love this app. It's very user friendly. One issue though... I was paying for another co-working space, which I no longer have. When I open the Nexudus app, it defaults to the old membership. It tells me I no longer have access. Then, in order to get into my new account, I have to click the drop down menu & click on the old account, then the new account pops up and it gives me access. It's just a few extra steps, but I like things clean & organized. I don't know how to delete my old account.

stopped working, can't place booking properly

While I appreciate the recent UI update visually, booking equipment remains a hassle and got even worse. The old app version allowed to pull-up a floor plan to quickly choose the equipment needed based on a map. This helpful function disappeared. There isn't even a search bar to simply type in the name to downselect the list. All I can do right now is doom-scrolling until I find what I need (including pressing the new "load more" button over and over again). Please kindly fix that.
