Just started using the app, however I wanted to make a suggestion for the next update. I would love if there were a duplicate option. Copy typical foods that we've eaten for another day, duplicate the workout that we have done on another day. Currently if I change the date of something it moves it to that day as opposed to copying it. Other than that, so far it's exciting. I love that my coach can add files. She posts great info for me to access. Thanks for what you are doing! Lyssa 😄

Basic and tedious as an app. The coaching program seems great for people at a basic and introductory point in their fitness; like those who don't know how to calculate their protein needs, or need help choosing how much weight to use when lifting. If you already know how to workout, then consider using some other service. Especially considering how difficult and restrictive it is to enter workouts or track progress.

Coaching has been life-changing for me - having someone to push me when/where I can't push myself, cheer me on and remind me how I'm winning, and just "be in my corner". Coaching is worth every penny. I like that my coach can see my app activity, it helps with communication! 100% recommend giving it a try!
