game is good. needs some improvement on how blocky it can feel at times but the visuals and character designs are solid. BUT I recently got an update(I'm not sure what version it is at this date) but it's just stuck at 70% no matter what I do. Close and reopen the game, stuck at 70%. There is an option to log out; it just boots me off the game. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game also doesnt work. STILL STUCK ON 70%. I've tried everything but so far nothing has worked. Game developers fix it

The game itself is okay, but the issue comes when you take it seriously or spend money. Half of things in the store are broken but still on sale, support doesn't help, they're the most useless people I've ever encountered and seem to not even know the actual game at all, like if they didn't even work there, it's horrible - and infuriating. Promised in-game rewards are not distributed. Purchased items are not obtained. When you tell this to support, they pretend to not understand.

I guess they just decided they wanted to break their game today october 25th, because I can't access this update to download it properly. So I don't know if that's from my side, but I have fiber internet. So please check the patch update or whatever Maybe fix some of the characters. add more items too ( but you have been adding some slowly so thank you).
