I have a lot of fun with this game, truly. It's very fun and there are a lot of heroes, which makes the game play very refreshing. But there are two bad things. 1. There is a kind of season pass, i bought it to realize that most of the rewards are trial cards, which freaking sucks. 2. I messaged the support because of an issue that I can't claim a specific reward from an event, a permanent skin, in fact. It's about a week ago and to this date I didn't get a reply. 2 Stars but space for more

Never replied to any of my messages. They are not very responsive. They did however fix some of the issues I was facing presumably... but They also increased difficulty in my matches to where I was losing every single match with maybe one or two kills and maybe 4 or 5 for my entire team and we were being beaten by like 40 points on average every match. I can't prove it but I know because it stopped and I was able to play fairly again and hasnt been that way since... Im top 99.99 percentile ftr.

The people that play this game are really bad and there is nothing you can do about it. Playing ranked at almost the highest and there are still people picking champions they want for the wrong lane. Not working as a team and seemingly trolling. There is very little communication commands. It's probably one of theore balanced moba out there but way to hard to communicate.
