Everything this clock-in app advertises feels misleading. Most features shown aren’t available or visible on my phone, yet I’m required to use it for work. The 5-day login doesn’t work either; after day one, it switches me to a profile named “Null.” Other coworkers have noticed issues too. I can’t even update my profile despite giving full access. Terrible app, but I’m stuck using it.

Cannot add more than one shift per employee. If your employees work different hours on different days (8hr/4hr shifts), this app is essentially useless. You cannot set different schedules per day — it only works on a weekly basis. The interface is cluttered and confusing, with multiple buttons leading to the same page. The layout is awkward — you have to scroll sideways, and it remains stretched and hard to use even on an iPad.

This app eases my job by a lot. Its so user friendly, i can view all employees attendance right in my phone. Customer service is also wonderfull, thx Michael Vinod.
