Buying tickets on Ticketmaster, but having to use a completely separate app to access them is the worst experience. I just want to access my tickets on the Ticketmaster app. I don't want your push notifications, I don't want to be on your email list, I don't want to link this to my Ticketmaster account, I just want to go to a game without all of this stupid hassle. If I could rank this minus 1000 stars I would.

Love the Preds, but this app is useless. Cannot access game tickets or the Smashville Loyal HQ to redeem points. Installed & reinstalled numerous times, still doesn't work. Notified them for the past 5 months, and they still haven't fixed it.

The app is good it is the ticketmaster interface that is hosed. Can't access tickets for games via the app. If I lock at the TM app the tickets aren't there so I have to access via this app. We go through this about once a year when the preds app is updated of TM makes changes. Two very large corps (NHL & TM) should have the capital and bandwidth to crate properly working apps and properly test them before pushing to the public.
