Ratings and reviews

When I click on anything in the app the screen goes completely black. I have done a force stop and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I even went as far as to restart our router and my phone. There is a limited time on some of the monthly events (that I actually paid for) and I am unable to do anything in the game. I am really frustrated because other family members in the house are not having any issues and one of them has the same phone as me.

As immersive as you allow it to be. The framework of the game is very outdated, but it gets the job done. Still a lot to be desired (better achievement system would be a great start), but I'm afraid a new game would have to be created to get a much better experience. Addictive, gets you out, gets you walking/running, and there are people playing it almost everywhere if you want to socialize. Amazing game.

Frequent glitches, knocked out of raids randomly with no chance to catch (which wastes raid passes I've paid for), and WAY too many updates. Constantly required or you can't play, taking up time and storage on my phone. It's all really ridiculous and takes the fun out of the game. Super disappointing. And also, as others have mentioned, the Rewards that you can't even access on the website.
