Sadly, over time this app has gotten less and less stable. If I play for an hour, I usually have to force quit and restart the app at least a dozen times. Sometimes you click on a pokemon and it just freezes. Sometimes you throw a ball and it just freezes. It has gotten so frustrating to play 😮‍💨 If I didn't love Pokemon so much I may have quit already

The game is great until it isn't. There's a bug (e.g., you lost a pass). You reach out to support. The bot says they/Niantic did a thorough investigation. Doesn't acknowledge the nuances you mentioned. Case closed. You try again to indicate that the bug you had isn't even listed. Same response. The support bot feels like an illusion of them caring about your in-game experience, but when you do and try to get help, it really just feels like Niantic is giving you the finger, or "too bad, so sad."

I play trainer challenge and whenever I hit my final move and about to win, the game stop working. When I force stop the game and reopen, I lot the battle. And whats worse is that nothing work when the game is freezing but the surrender button???? That keep happening even after uninstall and reinstall, and I lost 3 battles when in fact im winning. And there's absolutely no compensation at all.
