Please give us EX Raid Pass transparency. I do the correct raids at the winning time and grind my gym badge points, but I don't win a pass while my raid lobby mates do win. Why do you purposefully separate players for EX Raids, and sometimes don't invite enough trainers to beat Mewtwo? Why is there no in-game feature to show us if we have entered ourselves into the lottery and what our odds are of winning a pass? And do your sponsors realize that spoofers can't buy coffee?

This Game Is Awesome In Every Way. and the those who say we have to play this walking...But I Got A Solution for that... (To Niantic:This hack doesn't go over the t&c of Niantic, So Everyone can use it) -Just stay in your place And Walk about in your house..You will surely get around 12-15 Pokemon's a day...But that doesn't work on PokeStops or Gyms coz this is not compulsory that a PokeStops is near your house.

The game works fine except I can't play the game at all when I'm in the car. When my mom or whoever is driving around (I'm to young to drive) I can't be on Pokemon bc of the stupid "going to fast" and doesn't track any Pokemon or let me get any pokesros and the only time I have to play is to/ from school and wherever else I go. We can't just go and Pokemon hunt. Can you fix the issue so I can play while in the car?

The game is great the features are excellent but the only problem is, is that pokemon only show up in one spot I know you have to out and about to find them but it would be nice to be able to move my character in the pokemon world. And it would be nice to actually update the scenery as well so it's not just a grass land area. You need to add say like pokemon centres and contests and other building and characters you can bump into to talk to. But other than that it's a great game and I do love playing.

A totally rewarding experience from an amazing franchise, however, there's so much untapped potential and some of us are just waiting to see some change. The maps need improvement, and pokestops should be spread all over and not just in the big cities. We also need Battle Towers where trainers can meet and duke it out against each other like in the classical games. Sooner updates of such will ensure player retention. The app takes too much time to restart and load though.

The last update from 2 weeks ago is causing the Pokemon collection list to loose it's scroll position after evolving or transferring a Pokemon. I've left bug reports on Niantics site that this makes it a hard user experience for people to play the game if this is not fixed. I'll change my rating if and when they debug this.

Would be a 5 star if you could control your character at least within a 1 mile radius and cruise around and catch pokemon. This game more so applies to kids because of this factor alone. Its a good game and i still hop on from time to time but with busy schedual i cant really do much outside. So inside with controls to be able to run around with my character at least a mile outside of my starting position would make this game playable way way more often. Just sayin. This game needs a little fixing to make it appeal to the older crowd even further.
I am in level 28 and have registered 314 pokemon in my pokedex. I have been playing the game since 10/01/2017.The legendary pokemon are awesome. I have caught RAIKOU , SUICUNE , ENTEI , ARTICUNO , ZAPDOS , MOLTRES , LUGIA , HO-OH and GROUDON.Only a few requests to Niantic.... 1. Please make MEWTWO raids more widespread around the world. 2.Please release MEW and CELEBI raids .
Brilliant game. I would have recommended releasing one on one battling and trading before launching gen 3 though. And the screen shifting back to the top of the page after unfavoriting and transferring pokemon is quite annoying along with the motivation of pokemon in gyms decreasing too quickly. Its not challenging enough. Please fix. But overall keep it up though. Epic game. Enjoy it thoroughly :)
Love the game! Even though its dying to most, I would still rate it one of the best games I ever played. One thing I think would make the game better: MAKE IT EASIER TO GET POKEBALLS!!! especially ultra and great balls. I keep finding myself with zero pokeballs and then a freaken 918 CP arcanine shows up(actually happened). Plz take this into account. Great Game that keeps getting better!
I walk for an hour every morning, and take my game with me. It doesn't stop me from enjoying the flora and fauna, but it is a fun addition to my morning. My wife and our kids and grandkids all play, and it's something to kick off conversation, as well as meet new players as we walk around or connect for raids. Great fun!!
Love it! Really good game, very addictive. Great features added with the gyms and raids etc. Love the ongoing updates with new gen of Pokémon. Gets your steps up as well so can't complain there! I think this is better for people who live in the city due to the amount of pokestops, gyms, and the tracking system being linked to pokestops so if you live in a more rural area it's a lot harder as there's less pokestops about and you have to keep driving to places of interest to top up on everything. Also, when it's refreshing, sometimes it takes time and you end up with a blank nearby list with no Pokémon around you for a little while before it all loads. Hopefully this is something that gets improved!
Error (29) whwn battling gyms. Cant do ANYTHING Can you make it so that when a pokèmon on a gyms cp turns red, can they return when reaching 0 CP as many people on my team don't feed berries and im the only one that does and my berries' stack depletes very quickly.
I love this game, I've been a loyal player since it first came out, but now for some reason I can't get the game to stay on longer than 5 seconds before it closes itself. Please either fix this or someone tell me how to fix it. I just got a new phone, is it perhaps non compatible with my phone?
Its awesome BUT!!! Id really like if the makers of pokemon go would concider a update where players can actually battle against each other and like rewards can be some stardust, XP and some candies coz some pokemon are hard to come buy and to evolve. I also saw something mentioning trading which i believe would also be a excellent adition to the game. Hope this review is read and hopefully taking in cause i think alot of players would like this suggestion. But good game
Great game. Glad a lot of things were fixed in this update. Don't have Any problems at all anymore here for now. Just find it strange that iOS gets Apple watch & AR+ supporr. While Android users even on galaxy s8 don't have Android wear support or any new AR features..
Can you PLEASE add some options to the settings to ease the amount of resources the game uses? ie: Turn off animation of pokemon in inventory? Option to turn off animation when evolving pokemon? Or just general lower graphics options? *The only recent issue is after transferring a Pokemon the screen moves back to the top and I have to scroll all the way back down to the position I was in. This is a major pain since my Pokemon inventory keeps growing longer. I sure hope you have better layout coming in the future or at least make it hold your position again... Looking forward to more updates. Thanks :)
While I understand the theory that it should help keep cheaters at bay, in practice it's pointless. There are already ways to cheat the system and hide the root, which cheaters obviously will be using. As for me, a rooted user for the sake of Android customization, and who has never cheated on Pokémon Go, I am now prevented from playing. All they are damaging are the non cheating players. Terrible move on a long list of bad decisions from Niantic.
Thank goodness for gen 3 pokemon and the new weather system. Both make going out and hunting much more enjoyable. My only complaint is that the game makes it impossible to find water pokemon even when it's pouring rain outside. I searched from morning to night in the rain and only found woopers.
I am an avid Pokemon fan, I have been since the first games. I love the idea. But I live in a small town, and there are no Pokestops, or gyms, and I'd really like for there to be. I'm running low on pokeballs and I can't stock up unless I go somewhere else or pay. That doesn't seem very fair. Please fix and add trading and battling others. For each fix I will raise a star.
They need to fix the ex raid pass system... It's not fair to not clarify how it works and for it to be just luck. Many people have multiple passes and lots of people like me, that play just as much in the same way still have zero ex raid passes. Broken system equals an unfair game.
Battling others would be a great way to boost the game. 1 vs 1 make Pokemon real by battling your friends. Passerby battles, trading, and easier to evolve. I've yet to see a squirtle in months. Due to my area? Or due to whatever I've had to walk many km just to get to where I am with that one Pokemo. Still yet to evolve him to Blastoise.
I love this game. I have gotten out of the house and gotten way more active because of this game. My boyfriend and I have a blast playing this. We've met new people and have a little raid group, we create little challenges within our group and even within our household as the kids play too. It's a great way to get out of the house and spend time with our friends and family and have lots of fun doing it. This game is so unique in the sense that you're not anchored to one place and you have lots of initiatives to keep going. Start playing and you won't regret it. Even if you decide to spend money, it's worth it because it keeps you active and outside. Helps with depression and weight loss.
New gym rework looks great, servers are working well. Game is great. Only thing needs fixed right now is the Pokemon storage list "snapping" back to the top when you go back, instead of keeping your place as it used to do. Near perfect, Niantic, good job!
I would really like to put my legendary Pokemon that I've defeated and caught on a gym to show the amount of work I've put in. Coin system is 1 coin per 10 minutes of your Pokemon being on a gym. 50 coins max in a day. Read the notes! Saying youre a rural player doesnt really matter, the idea is to get out of your subdivision and walk/bike around. The game is great, my wife, child and I go for walks every night and catch Pokemons. I just wish a One Time Team Change would be implemented as I chose a different team then my friends at the start.
Love this game and the new weather system is awesome! Am however highly annoyed that when sorting, transferring, managing my Pokémon I'm automatically returned to the top of my list. I have over 1,000 I'm trying to de-hoard and it's driving me CRAZY. Will not be using my lucky eggs or evolving anything until this is resolved.
First I love to play this with my friends. We are getting out a workout at the same time by walking around our towns and see the sites. And you get to challenge your friends to see how many Pokemon you guys can catch. And with the new gen 3 that is now out! I know me and my friends will be racing to see who can get what first.
There is a time when i manage my pokemon (transfering, evolving, or checking IV's). For example i am checking out my Groudon (last pokemon on the list), when i check on another Groudon(exits the current window) it returns to the top, and i have to scroll all the way down again just to check my other groudon. Get a fix on this please, managing with this is tiring
They tricked us. New Christmas event WILL NOT award you a single use incubator on 12/22 Unless you waited until 1pm pat to get your first pokestop of the day. For me it was 4pm eat. I'd been out all day playing. Hoped to get a incubator after 4pm, yea right, after an hour of pokestop no incubator so us players got cheated on a day. Way to go Niantic! Merry FN Christmas!
Dec 2017 edit: Please stop sending us back to the top of our Pokemon page with every name change or evolution etc. It's bloody awful! So much fun, its addictive. Meeting lots of new people playing it.
Could be so much better. LOVE this game but can't really ever find anything even when out and about. Difficult to catch easy low level pokemon, easy to catch hard ones? Waste of pokeballs on small levels. Hard to get stardust, pokestops don't give much, boring same pokemon pretty much everywhere I go.
hope status like paralyze, poison, sleep, or other can be applied as well in the game... please let us see other player on the map..... need trading.... need PVP..... need Lottery or ticket / gamble to get candy... how about trading candy ? like in the game.... and give me bicycle FREE ^__^ overall look better than the first launch.... love it...
I used to play every day until I bought a new cellphone. Now for some reason I can't log into my account. It just takes me to the screen where it asks for your birthday to start a new account. Tried googling the issue but no help.
This is an awesome game but it is not meant for everyone. The pokestops and gyms are not placed throughout the world. You can find pokemons everywhere but what about the gyms and pokestops??? What will a guy living in small cities do???? I ran out of pokeballs. Need to buy them.. bt for how long???? Do not even get the chance to play gym or raid battles. Please see to it
Too many bugs - Its a great game but there are just too many bugs stopping me from rating 5stars. The one I found most annoying is where the camera locks after exiting a gym. Please fix this issue and I will rate 4 or 5 stars
Ever since two or three updates ago I have not been able to play this game. I keep getting location errors everytime I open the app in big cities!!! Everywhere else as well but there is no reason I should get an error message opening a location based app in big cities.
Update: when powering up Pokemon, the list takes me back to the top when exiting out of a Pokemon's profile page. This is quite annoying. I'd like to keep scrolling down from where I was last, not from the top over and over again. Original: Niantic, please up the drop rate for potions and revives! Hardly any drop from stops anymore. Raids don't drop much either. Max of 3- 9 hyper potions and only a few revives. As someone who loves to raid and partake in gyms, I need potions and revives. I have two full pages of Pokemon that need healing, but can't do a thing about it. The catching event is over, so please stop the massive pokeball drop rate. I'd really appreciate it. Tons of players in my area feel the same. I love this game and wanna keep participating, but I need the resources to do so.
Great game. Literally my favorite. Recent update causes you to revert to top of pokemon list after transfers or evolutions. Please fix this back to the way it was where it remembered your position in the list, then I'll bump up to 5 stars
Working well as of January 4, 2018. Only problem - when viewing my pokemon, if I do anything like rename, delete, select, whatever - when I'm done it goes right back to the top of the list. Niantic is aware of this but has not yet released a fix.
The weather thing is really interesting and fun, but my gosh, my pokemon menu is always resetting to the top now, and it's annoying. Pokemon are jumping out more than ever. Most of the Pokemon I find with insense are running away, and the circle is constantly breaking. It feels like Niantic just want me to buy more Pokeballs, with the amount I'm having to waste on even low level Pokemon.
