Ratings and reviews

Pokemon Go is relentlessly overcomplicated and worsened by arbitrary monetization and micro transactions. Even if you pay for things, the experience never actually improves. In point of fact, it gets WORSE if you pay, because Niantic actively thinks of new ways to make you pay for everything, to the point that the game is almost at a tipping point between free access and pay to play now. The game isn't worth it, and likely at the end of its lifespan soon. Just skip it, it's a waste of time.

It's an enjoyable game that I play with my friends. It's got great graphics and GUI for a mobile game, with well thought out features that make the game so incredibly simple, yet so complex at the same time. However, I've run into some problems playing the game quite often. One I DISPISE, in Raids, when I die it will just white screen me. I will be stuck seeing the bosses health, and the time limit. I can't click, I can't fight, I'm just stuck. However, when the raid is complete it works again.

I gave this app a bad review a while back because of issues making an account. I tried to redownload it a year or two later, and now it seems to be working fine. My only grievance with the game is the battle system. You charge up a special attack, and for some reason, even though I clicked it, it doesnt start up. But other than that ive been having fun playing it again
