One Nation One Ration Card plan ensures distribution of subsidised foodgrains to ration card holders under NFSA to lift the entitled foodgrains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) anywhere in the country by using their same/existing NFSA ration card after biometric/Aadhaar authentication on an electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) device. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will continue to get Rice, Wheat and Coarse Grain at the rate of Rs. 3, Rs. 2 and Rs. 1 per Kg respectively in other States as well.

I requested to remove my family member name from the ration card about 1 month, but it’s still not updated. Not sure whether the problem is with the app or the government system😔, but the process is extremely slow. The Mera Ration 2.0 app doesn’t even show any proper status or update😒. Being a government app, it really needs improvement🥹. Users should get timely updates and faster responses🙂.

The Mera Ration app is currently not functioning properly. Every time you try to use it, different errors appear: Sometimes “Time Out” ❌ Sometimes “Aadhaar Card Not Match” ❌ Sometimes “Connection Down” ❌ Users are facing serious difficulties as basic services are not accessible. It is requested that the application be updated as soon as possible, so people can use it smoothly without frustration.

Very bad experience with this app. Even when I try to log in using my whole family’s Aadhaar details, it still shows the same error again and again. It feels like the app was not tested properly before launch. It looks more like it was launched just for marketing, not for real public use. Overall, the experience is really bad and the app is not helpful at all in its current state.
