I've been practicing yoga for 6 years..... I love these exercises' for a great morning wakeup! Two suggestions, when running a sequence, put a 5 or 10 second break between exercises to allow the student to get into position. Also on a couple of video shots the instructor moves out of the frame. other than these minor glitches, over all it is very good.
Looks promising in terms of exercises but crashes whenever I try to access statistics. Also, the English translation is amateurish, and the bad grammar is a little jarring. Could have done with a little more quality control before publishing.
GET IF YOU HAVE BACK PAIN! A reviewer said this is for old farts. We may FEEL like we're 85 w the pain we're in! So touché. This app made my body young again tho & I do what I want again! My L3-L5 were fused 12 yrs ago (DD hit me head on @115mph) so my S.I. joint got overused to make up for lack of mobility. Bone on bone + nerves pinched = hell. I had 12 surgeries but THIS was AWFUL. This app has the same exercises as P.T., got me off meds, & I'm looking for work again, after 2 yrs! Thank you! TRY IT. DO IT DAILY. I used ab app too.
Good as it is and with improvement to English translations (happy to help) and a few bug tweaks it'll be great. I suffer with a bad lower back due to L5/S1 degradation and these are just what I have been told to do.
Great tension relief, includes Neck Stretches Also has stomach firming Ab exercises as well as yoga type stretches. It's like three apps in one, thank you!
