Niche Beauty has always been my go to place for skincare and perfumes. I recently tried ordering from Niche Beauty app and overall I am super impressed! I find the app so much easier to use since my phone is always on me and I can quickly browse and place an order on the go without having to sit in front of my computer. The interface is so intuitive and clean, making it very easy to navigate to my favourite products.

Slow, not responsive, impossible to search by brands, it does try to load but never load the page, it get stuck on white screen. The only page that loads is the front page when you open the app, after that it doesn't work. Love the shop but the app is terrible.

Just downloaded the app because there's a 20% off sale coupon only available in the app. Long story short, the code doesn't work. Tried it with numerous products, but nothing. Disappointed.
