If the app keeps crashing for you at the terms and conditions page, you need to login on a web browser and acknowledge them before the app will work. Really frustrating, to say the least, but the app works OK after that. Not a bad app overall. Mobile check deposit, transfers, fingerprint support, all the bases are covered. The app is pretty visually basic, but gets the job done.

Only issue is it crashes/freezes a lot on the home screen, not even allowing instant balance (which is so great to have btw). Otherwise it's easy to use and basically eliminating the need for me to go to the bank. I can transfer money, check balances, cash checks, look at my recent transactions, and more. Would be perfect if it didn't crash.

Purchases not showing up. They originally showed pending and then disappearing for days on end? I made payments on September 29. It showed up on September 29 all of them. Now they are not showing at all. But the vendor confirmed payment received. We need to get this fixed...as it is showing funding I don't have then and that's a big issue. Please fix. Thank you
