we have everything set up at home but when we're setting this app up, complete failure. The damn app refuses to send me to code to set up the account & now since it's been longer than "5 minutes" it won't continue unless we call. Two emails, two cell phone numbers, you won't send to any but you want us to call??

Nielsen is a great company and glad I have been able to be a part of it. But they call a lot; when meter isn't sending data, because it is dead or for whatever reason not connecting, I thought the app would make it always work through my phone so didn't need the home hub to send data but it has helped some but not all the way. I understand them reaching out when needed with $ involved, but still it's excessive. I use my meter as a watch and love the fact it has my name on it.

Nielsen as a company is very professional. There is no good communication. They don't call you when you both agreed on a time to call. They call you multiple times a day and no part of the conversation that was had between the customer and them is documented. Here is the big picture. it's not worth it, it is a nuisance. i wore my meter thirteen hours out of the day for an entire month.And they had to audacity to send me an eight dollar.Check.
