Stopped working but figured it out. After months of not working I have figured it out. So when you log in you will get so many error messages. So, I guess when they updated their systems, it changed the format for passwords. So, keep your user name, click on forgot password, they will email u a generic password, login it with generic password, go straight to account changes and put in new password. The problem was that the new passwords require one capital letter, one number and a symbol. So this is why your old one won't work.
I can't log in to redeem my rewards! I've been emailing for months and keep getting the same generic response. Nobody is fixing the issue!!!!! I'm sooo frustrated!!!!! Do NOT waste your time downloading thus because you will Never get paid!!!!!!!!!! WORST APP EVER!!!!!
Was great but.. This app has been great for me until the latest update where the VPN doesn't let any of my browsers work whether it's Chrome or Opera so I had to lower the rating due to this being an honest review.
Can't login. It ask for "User Name" at the mobile website and only "USER NAME" I know of is my email address I have given them. Of course you can't see or update your account the website because you have no profile user name in first place other then the email you provide Nielsen Mobile App. When try contact them; they never response!!!!
Can't log in I can't check my points (if I'm even receiving any) because when I try to log in, the website claims that it doesn't recognize my name or password. The very same name and password I used to sign up. When I try to have the password emailed to me, I am met with the message that it doesn't recognize my username. So no matter what, I can't log in to see anything. Seems like a pretty useless app to me.
Update on this app: I have been emailing these guys for weeks, they tell me too create a dummy email and phone number on my account and the opt out, but I know that when I reregister I will loose the potions I already have because the email I will register with is n the Rewards Account and it keeps telling me that the email is already in use. They don't' even bother too forward your query to Technical help. Don't bother with this unless you are prepared too correspond for weeks when they roll back email addresses if you change them. they wont even tell me my password with using the correct email address even though we have been corresponding for weeks now. Had this app on one of my mobile then I got an email about compromised account for the App on main mobile. They changed email address sent password and email to an email that doesn't exist for the App on second phone but I have not received it and contacted them to tell them and ask for email to be sent to correct address, have been ignored.
