@If you are required to enter @nifty and password every time you launch the app, we will investigate the cause. Please check the following information and contact us from "Contact Us" in the My NifMo menu.

・ Your smartphone terminal name
・ Your Android OS version
・ My NifMo app version used
・ Network used when a problem occurs (NifMo line / Wi-Fi)
・ The security app you use
・ How many days will you be required to enter @nifty ID if you don't launch the app?

You can now get more accurate and more detailed traffic.

・ Information from NifMo
You can refer to the latest information from NifMo, such as maintenance, trouble information, new services, and information on campaigns. Important information is provided by push notification without starting the app.
* If you do not wish to receive push notification, you can set push notification OFF from the confirmation screen at the time of initial startup or “Setting” of the menu.

● Notes
・ My NifMo is a member-only application that can be used only by those who are using the smartphone service “NifMo” that supports @nifty voice calls.
-To use this service, you will need the @niftyID and login password sent at the time of contract.
-Regarding the acquisition of communication volume by this application, there is a limit on the frequency of acquisition so that many customers can use it comfortably. Therefore, the latest traffic may not be displayed (the update time of traffic information is displayed on the app screen). You can check the latest communication volume from the usage status page by selecting "Usage Status Inquiry" from the menu on the upper right of the traffic volume detail screen.

* Free provision of "BB Mobile Point" for NifMo members ended on June 30, 2019. As of July 1, 2019, the "NifMo Connect" function will no longer be available. Please update the app.
