I can't give more than a star. The Ads are just Trojans hijacking the phone. We can well see Ads at the top and bottom of the screen, you must not block all the screen with obstructive, intrusive ads appearing with reckless abandon. In fact, I take back the one star

[Edited] It is sad that I cannot use this app offline via the update. My internet data has to be on as the app request for it to work. This is not flexible and ideal for the ordinary common Nigerian that want to know his rights; also take the fact into consideration that data is not cheap in Nigeria; very good point also, is that data sucks battery stay - light is a big issue in Nigeria.

The app is a waste of data. You can't use it offline too and it doesn't have the amended constitution.
