Very fun for toddler!! Will change to 5stars when speach is fixed. My 15 mth old loves it! The english children have lisps when prounouncing animals names & i have to be there and say it louder over them so my child doent learn the wrong way to say the word.
Like the program, but... I choose Chinese for my kid, but the pronunciation is inaccurate. I am afraid my kid will learn it the wrong way, so I have reinforce by repeating after each animal appears. It will be nice if they record from a native speaking Chinese person. I will do it for free.
A terrific game for tiny children. A friend who works with autistic children recommended this, and it is now the favorite of the 1.5 year old I work with. It's one of the few games he's been able to do solo for several months, and while he's speech delayed, he's begun imitating the animal noises and puts his fingers to his lips for "shhh!" when the animals go to sleep. His favorite is the hen and her chick.
One small improvement Love this app for my daughter. It was suggested as an aid for her speech therapy. Would be 5 stars if there was a screen lock option so she couldn't accidentally exit out of the app and get frustrated about it causing my phone to be thrown and the screen to crack.
Disappointed The speech is not clear enough, and they do not have the cat saying meow. Instead they have it making a licking sound. Come on! Every other animal you have is making a voice sound. Cat is one of the most common a toddler is going to mimic.
My 15 month old love this! We do this every night and at the end the barn animals are sleeping and that's our sign that's it's time for him to go to bed too! He just hears the children's voices and starts grinning! Love love love this app
