Need to pay and subscribe to be able to use, let you install but can't use without paying, I understand the logic that you all use api and probably paying for it but at least you could let people test a few tries per account, even once could be understandable. Lucky grok itself coming to play store soon.

There's literally a free trial so you can try it

Like what the author is doing here but app occasionally randomly bricks itself and has to be reinstalled especially if there’s a large amount of text in one session. It doesn't let you activate the keyboard in this state. Would like to see auto text to speech option for replies like Gemini has and minimize user interaction with screen with voice to speech (there are 2 taps with android keyboard with grackle whereas Gemini has just 1, it auto detects the end of your inquiry and sends it).

Interesting ideas on the voice mode. I'm working on new features and will add that to the list. I like it. And I'll investigate the long text breaking the keyboard issue! I'm trying to reproduce that now. Thanks.

Why must I pay for a beta version of an app? To be more precise, why must I pay just so you can train your app? It should be the reverse since your app is still in the testing stage. Inputs from a select group of users could be used to test and shape grackle. There are many alternatives, like Gemini, Claude, and Meta AI. You might want to change your MO until Grackle becomes proficient. I understand VC won't help at this time, but you could partner with or JV with like minds. Good luck!

Lol. grok-beta is the name of the latest LLM model. Grok and Grackle are not in beta. I could use grok-2, an older LLM model, for cheaper, but the grok-beta model is the latest. Hope that helps.
