Ratings and reviews

I don't know what's going on with this app'. ALL of my past events are gone, I get notifications late, if I get them at all, and if I do get notified, sometimes, it'll tell me event not found. What is going on with this app', and why are you taking so long to fix it? Seems like technology is just being sold as false advertisement, these days. These cameras suck and the app' is even worse.

I get notifications just fine, but when I go into the app to view it it's not loading. If I attempt to review past alerts it often loads the same alert over and over and over again and is a huge pain. Now I try to review alerts and it's telling me it's disconnected and to retry YET I'm still getting alert notifications. What is going on?! I need my security system to work effectively and efficiently to feel secure, that's why we have one.

I'm not sure what is going on. I use to be able to go back and look at the cameras just fine. Now when I go back and look at events it will play, but then the screen goes black and continues to play. I dislike how long it takes for it to load things and it pops ups saying, "Oops somethings went wrong" reconnect or go back. Like Hello. Can't believe this product doesn't have more 1 star reviews than it does 5 star reviews.
