Ratings and reviews

I don't know what's going on with this app'. ALL of my past events are gone, I get notifications late, if I get them at all, and if I do get notified, sometimes, it'll tell me event not found. What is going on with this app', and why are you taking so long to fix it? Seems like technology is just being sold as false advertisement, these days. These cameras suck and the app' is even worse.

The app has turned to absolute trash. I can't get videos to load and can't download anything. If I go to timeline I can record but only when it thinks it sees something and it skips the continuous recording sections. It recorded hours of absolutely nothing saying there was motion but when there was actual activity nothing. This system has gotten so bad and the app has become useless. Let me view continuous recoding on my phone! I also have the same problems as all the other 1 and 2 star reviews.

Continued difficulties with this app. We've used this for 1.5 yrs, but in last few months it's been nothing but problems. 75% of the time you get an "Oops, something went wrong! Check internet connection for your phone and device". Works flawlessly on the PC, so it is definitely not our internet. Have done all the updates and checked everything multiple times. Performance is better on Android vs IPhone, but still very buggy. We rely heavily on these, and watch 24/7 certain times of the yr.
