Having a problem, but no response from developer, please sort out and I will restore my original rating! (Brilliant App - works really well on Android 5.1.1, having found that other apps I tried did not work, but Nights Keeper did exactly what I wanted. It is important to follow the developers instructions, so take time to understand how they work. Have already purchased the Pro version. Great work from the developer for a well designed, functional and professional looking app, with excellent support).
When the profile turns off st the ending time, my notifications don't go back to normal. They stay silent. I've tried to fix it but it still does it. It started doing it with the newest update. Never had this issue before. Please fix. And I'll rate it better.
Rated a 5 prior to Android 5.x update. Then alarms didn't function while running. It defeated the main purpose of the app., unless you don't need an alarm set. It was a perfect app. prior to that. Then researched and found that there is now a "priority" mode in sounds/notifications that could be set, and now alarms function. Fairly complicated for such an everyday task!? But it does work now!
This app rejects calls, silencing ring tones sms notifications for unwanted calls and texts, when you want, while still allowing people on your predetermined white list (family, friends) to contact you at any time. For its complexity, it is above average intuitive. It is outstanding in flexibility: you can silence/ resume what apps you want, when you want. It is dependable..No crashes. It will even send an sms to blocked texters.
When it doesn't automatically turn itself off, it works great. It will, from time to time, just turn itself off, and then I get awoken from a stupid telemarketer. Works great when it's turned on. I guess the best advice I could give is to make sure the app is on before going to sleep.
I tried this application to replace CritiCall, because it stopped working for me (don't know why, exactly). Although it's activating fine (CritiCall wasn't), this application could be more straightforward regarding descriptions. I don't know what "Normal Mode" is, for example. I just want it to change my phone to silent in a determined time and, a few hours later, turn it back to vibrate only. Is this what "Normal Mode" does? It's not clear to me. So, I suggest the developer to tweak the user interface a little more, so the user won't have to keep doing trial and error in order to understand what the software can or cannot do.
