This app is wonderful, it has a great assortment of workouts, especially bodyweight which I do at the park. The sets are challenging and I like that some workouts in a set are changed so you don't feel like your workout is being too repetitive. The app was updated and I've seen one new workout in my plan called the boxer burner, it's a great and very welcomed addition made me love the app even more... Keep them coming, I live for the challenge
Loved the workouts, there one of the best. But the UI isn't user-friendly. No spotify music integration, music controls in-app are too basic. You can only pick shuffled songs or a playlist songs, you can't just pick all songs thats in your device. Previously, you cannot view a workout in landscape mode. I would like the option to choose if i want to press the button to go to the next workout or have the app automatically move to the next one after an estimate time or reps have pass. Downloading workouts has a few connection issues
Amazing new update. My music now shuffles again! And I love that I can go back and do a move over again if I missed it or didn't feel I did it right. Love the new layout of the workouts too. Been using this app for 3 or 4 years now and you guys sent me shoes and a gym bag that I still love! Thanks so much, and keep it up ✔
The app works well and the exercises recommend in my plan are very good. However, while it is specified that you can add to the plan any extra activities you might do, there is no actual way to add them. I am using an Android based Samsung, and I've compared with a friend using an iPhone and it looks like you can do it on an iPhone. But where the 'add' button is on the iPhone, there is nothing on Android. Maybe Nike doesn't like Android users? :) Also, it would have helped to be able to write down and save the weights you've used for each exercise, so you can consult your previous stats when considering increasing weights (kinda like you do on BodySpace).
Starting to work out again after age 50, this workout plan is JUST what I needed. Started me back at a good pace and is adjusted to my specific needs. Not over doing it but not too easy either. Love that I can input what home equipment I have and the app incorporates that into the workout. Easy to use!
I really like the app. The workouts are great. I only have 2 issues: 1- adjusting equipment is for the plan and not per workout. Sometimes for lack of time, I'll workout home rather than the gym. That makes me have to change the whole plan and it eliminates past workouts to add more later. It takes away my motivation to not see a past workout. 2- adding other workouts. I do bikram twice a week, but can't add it even if they say you can add other exercises, it seems to be limited to in app and thus not adjusting as it should. I still fully recommend.
