Great so that helps you keep track of your activity and complete interesting workouts for different parts of your body. It keeps track of time and reps for you so you can just focus on the workout and jam out to some music. I have used it for a week and already my body feels stronger. You'll be sore. Varying levels allow you to push yourself as hard as you need or ease into it without having to put together exercises from many sources. Must have app
I used to love this app but they reprogrammed it. I miss some of the old workouts that I really enjoyed. When I create a program I feel like it's constantly gives me the same workouts over and over and over and I like variety. I get tired of doing the same workout. I like the way it shows you how to do the exercise. I would like to see an added rest timer when you're doing the endurance workouts. I know why they need to be untimed during the exercise because it's based on reps but it'd be nice if there was a timer for the rest periods in between exercises. Overall this is a really cool app
Love it! Just wish it would time the length of the actual exercise itself instead of having me do it. Its rather difficult trying not to die doing these exercise yet also trying to keep track how long you're going for lol! But other than that, its great!☺
It is a great app and I have used it since its early versions with amazing results!! But in its early versions... downloaded workouts could still be accessed offline whereas in the new versions, everytime I download a workout and close the app then reopen it, the workouts need to be dowloaded again which is a huge problem if not connected to the internet because then the workouts can't be played!! Please if you can look into this problem it would be amazing!! Thank you!!
I usually don't rate apps but... It's amazing, I love the personalised plan feature more than anything. I thought it was one of those apps that you have to buy if you want the good stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better fitness coach to start of my fitness journey. Huge thumbs up from me
The app is very glitchy. As a basic running app it is fine, but the running plans don't update or change like they are supposed to. For example, for some reason it took out all my tempi runs and had me only doing sprint intervals. I cancelled my running plan for a half marathon to just train on my own plan and it still has all the planned runs on my schedule- very annoying because I have to apply each run to the plan (that I cancelled weeks ago) before it will sync.
