A great fitness app with an intuitive user interface. User experience is great but you need a lot of internal space on your phone to use it. You can filter workouts accordig to e.g. time constraints or equipment availability. I like the bodyweight strenth exercises. I wish you could further distinguish training sessions in 5min intervals (5, 10, 15, 20 etc) instead of just 15, 30 and 45mins. A Spotify account connect for music would be great in future updates. For all my quibbles, I have to emphasize that this is a GREAT again, especially considering it's free... say what?! Yep,definitely give it a try!
I rated 4 stars because it's really awesome but it's need to be somehow better. You should give an search box so it can be easier to find anything directly. Otherwise everything else is awesome and really helpful and it's really work. There's one another thing that need to be fix, when almost work out is downloaded than it get cancelled and its restart downloading. Please fix it.
The thing is I love this app. I tried some of the apps on Google market but they all ask you to pay and have this premium content for which you have to pay. It is health we are talking about here, can nobody release an app for free??? Well congrats Nike for making this available. As far as I tested this app it is 100%free, it allows you to tailor the training plan according to your equipment, how many days you wish to train, the intensity, if you would like to run etc. It offers more than many apps you have to pay for, like fitstar (fitbit). I would love if I could connect my fitbit with this app but this is another story. It also lacks more plans for lifting weights or bodyweight training but for fitness and getting in to shape it is great. It has some for you even if you are an experienced athlete or a beginner. I really hope more updates, more training plans and more content in general will be added. Thank you Nike for this app, and you also made me write the longest review I have ever submited.
Nice range of workouts but way too repetitive. A 30 minute workout will have like 3-5 exercises that you just do over and over and over again. I barely complete a full workout because I just get so bored.
The app is really good. But the demo they show for the upcoming workout is only for 5 seconds. Since the text covers the demo personnel completely in the screen, beginner's like me find it difficult to do it correctly. It would be great if you guys could make the text smaller so that we can follow what exactly the instructor is doing. It is difficult for me understand the pose and workout as text covers the position the instructor is showing.
One of the most amazing fitness apps that I have come across. The good thing is that all the trainings are designed by certified Nike trainers. The feature that I like the best is customized plans for you based upon one's preferences, current weight and time one can devote for exercising. And these plans adjust automatically according to your regularity at any point in time.
