I loved the old version of this app. The awards and trophies were really motivating and helpful. The new version has so many glitches now. In my most recent run on an indoor track, it was fine for the first 2.5 miles and then in the last bit started tracking my pace as 2 min/mile faster than I can possibly go, and completely threw off the momentum I had to finish my workout. The coach also doesn't make sense.
Aaarh! Uninstalled runkeeper since it was playing up with times and pace. And I was happy with it for like 3 years. Nike run is worse. Not only it messed up my workout by forgetting to calculate pace and distance while keeping the clock running, it also changed from km to miles by itself. Graphic and sounds are all cute and edgy, but the app sucks. Good riddance
This app still lacks some important features that would make it a must-have. For one, voice feedback on speed and tempo runs; the ability to auto swap between run and rest intervals, so I don't have to constantly check my phone for distance ran, etc. As a generally loyal Nike consumer, I wish mine would put a little more effort into this app and listen to the actual feedback from users as I know I am not the only one with the aforementioned complaints.
The random update to this app killed a lot of the features I enjoyed. Waiting for the update to fix it but its been months now and I dont know if they're going to bring back the in-run cheering feature, or goal setting and trophie earning. Might start shopping other apps soon.
It is a good app. I like that there are achievements and that I can track my friends. I also like that I see my total mileage and summary quickly and easily. I wish that I could add in manual workouts easier and also that o can not delete inaccurate times without deleting the entire workout. There is an occasional glitch that will track 1 mile or 1k too fast and I can't fix it (my fastest 1k is currently 1 second). Overall a good app that I pair with endomondo as both offer enough options.
It's awesomely designed to note u r every movement..smart enough to start n pause at its own. Something I was looking for long. Thanks Nike!......it was my review earlier. Now after updating it lacks certain important features like calories burned. It lacks heart rate tracker n stops on its own. I loved earlier version.

General bug fixes and improvements.
- We’ve made it easier to select a goal based run. Choose “Distance” or “Duration” to track a goal based run and receive in-ear feedback as you get closer to your goal. You can also “Speed” to track an interval run workout.
