By indicating your gender and approximate intensity of daily physical activity, you allow the application to select the optimal calorie and nutrient standards for you. Statistics will help you quickly find a balance between what you want and what you need.

The main functionality of the Food Balance application includes:

1. Three modes for displaying the balance of vitamins, minerals, KBZHU (counter of calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates) as a percentage:
- NOW mode - shows the balance of vitamins, minerals, KBJU in real time, for the past part of today;
- TODAY mode - shows the balance of the diet for the entire day;
- YESTERDAY mode - shows the balance of the diet for the entire day yesterday.

2. Keeping a healthy eating diary (the “Eat” tab).

3. Ability to view individual product pages indicating calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, macro- and microelements.

4. Top food products by nutrient content, which will tell you what exactly to eat if you are deficient in a certain vitamin or mineral.

5. Indicate the main functions of each vitamin and mineral.

Our food base represents the basic diet of a healthy person. It is not absolute, but includes most common foods needed for a varied, balanced and healthy diet. You can add a rare product, as well as the desired ready-made dish indicating the KBJU, to the database for personal use yourself. We are always ready to replenish the general database and will be happy to add a new product to it with a full set of characteristics for vitamins and minerals, if you contact us (all contacts are listed in the application).
