What have you done to it?! Worked fine-ish before but since a couple of days ago the lay out has changed a little amd I can't seem to get it to connect. It says it's downloading photos, but none are? Wasted so much time trying to get this to work. Please fix or go back to how it was at least
The WiFi connection between the camera and the app (v 1.2) doesn't work. I was told by Nikon that I might need to reset the firmware on my phone or wait for the next version of the app. Bluetooth connection works sometimes but with the newest version of the app its necessary to repair the devices almost every day. Some features are only available via WiFi and the Bluetooth transfer is very slow.
Won't pair a HTC Desire with strong WiFi connection to a Nikon A900. Set up steps clear, however do not work and help for connection problems confusing. Downloaded three other apps in hopes of solving connection issue, none have worked. Disappointed.
Was worried when I'd bought my camera (d5600) and saw the reviews but it works great for me. I have a Samsung s6 edge and it's worked perfectly from the start. Transferring the photos is a little bit slow but you can't have it all! If you keep Bluetooth on on both devices you don't even have to worry about it as it will transfer them straight away! 🖒 However, I have only used one format and am yet to test RAW so the review is just for jPEG!
I loved it for the first 2 weeks, but since yesterday, I can not get it to connect or transfer photos anymore.. Please help. Loved it, now beyond frustrated! I have a Nikon D3400 and LG V10. Thanks in advance. I'm sure Nikon will do its best to resolve this and make everyone happy?!
I didn't think it was possible, but after the latest update it is even worse at connectivity. Please just open up the camera API and let some software developers do their job.
Changed some of the user interface and some messages.
The method for linking to online help has been improved.
All auto link functions (auto download, uploaded location, and synchronize clock) can now be turned on or off together.
This allows these settings to be turned off when not in use, reducing the drain on the battery in the smart device.
Improved the reliability of the connection to the camera and fixed other bugs.
