Ratings and reviews

Love this app and use it all the time HOWEVER!!!! After the April update the save location is no longer a separate folder and the is now incorporated into the regular camera folder. This is extremely difficult when you edit large amounts of work and then attempt to transfer into an album of edited work. I have sent multiple emails to tech support through Snapseed with zero response. Very disappointed in the fact this is not being addressed. Otherwise, the program itself is fantastic!!!

I really, really love this app, but the maximum zoom for photos could be increased. I often find that it's difficult to use the healing brush on the tinier details of a photo because you can't zoom in that far. I also think the app could use a visual update to make it look closer to the other Google apps. This is still my favorite photo editing app despite these minor issues.

File save location is terrible after April 2023 update. As others have noted, the default save location in previous versions kept all snapseed photos is a separate folder which made them easy to find in Google photos. Now, they just get buried in with all the other photos in the DCIM and are extremely difficult to find. The only work around is to use the "export as" function and navigate to the old snapseed folder. Please put it back to the way it has been working well for all of us for YEARS!
