Ratings and reviews

I don't get the hate this app received after the big update. I've been using Snapseed way before it was bought by Google, and yes, the change in layout was kind of strange at the beginning, but very, very quickly got used to it. And with the recent 4.1 update now it supports broader range of RAW files, for what you get for free I don't think there's any better FREE alternative on the market.

Have been using Snapseed for about 10 years. It was amazing for photo editing and pretty easy to navigate. I do not know who decided to change the design but it was the worst decision Snapseed has ever made. It is simply AWFUL. I genuinely tried to edit at least one photo several times but I failed each time and was not able to find functions I used before or it took me many-many more clicks than before. I do not want to spend time on learning to navigate bad UI. Very sad.

the new version is awful. typically razamatazz option presentation for 5 year olds as opposed to functional for adults For example, using the brush option for exposure you have to go to the top of the screen to select the highlight (red) option to see what you have brushed. in the last version it was immediately available on the same horizontal line . to open a picture you simply tapped the screen now you have to take longer. how can i get back to the old version, please!
