Ratings and reviews

Unable to upgrade to Tier 2 because the app won't allow me to submit my information. There are errors in the app; where they wrote "Enter your BVN" they were asking for "NIN" instead of "BVN". I have sent an email to customer care with a snapshot, I hope the developers can view this error and correct it in the next update. Tried to upload my photo to my profile, but it didn't update anything. The developers should add a 1 - 3 year "Keep my number" feature or option in the app like the MyMTN app.

your app is not allowing me entry for the first time. failed log in attempts several times this evening using my T2 number.

This current app doesn't show airtime bonus and data bonus. I should have given you one start... The pervious app is better than this.
