It is very disappointing. Once you paid the money they will completely ignore you ,there customer executive talks very rudely. I will not recommended this app to anybody. There is lot of fake profiles in here but no action has taken by them. I have used their prime membership also but you will see that the most of the girls they show as their prime members are already married or they are fake so don't give them a penny just go for another option if you could.

⚠️ Worst experience ever. I paid for a premium subscription and it was an absolute waste of money. The platform is full of inactive or fake profiles, and the service is nothing like what was promised. There is no proper customer support, and when I asked for a refund, I was completely ignored. It’s clear they are only interested in collecting money — not helping users find genuine matches. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to spend their hard-earned money here.

The customer Care executives are very pathetic these people have no knowledge of how to talk to clients. We have use multiple matrimonial apps for free but here they force you to purchase the plan and talk to rudely until you purchase their paid membership. Also the executives have the audacity to tell you to delete the profile if you are not taking their membership.
