A great initative. A much needed relief from travelling for long hours to the physical therapy session. It not only save time but is also very customizable as per the user need. I would like to recommend it to all the end users. You just love the app. Thank you 9zest for such great cause. Cheers
I have been taking walk test and 360 degree turn regularly. I have some improvement in my condition. Demo videos are helpful and exercises are easy to follow. I recommend it.

GET IN NOW -- before in-app purchases and subscription plans start. It looks reasonable, for a free app, at this stage, but with plans already incorporated, and the website detailing online-paid services already well-developed, apps like this invariably become subscription only services, except for a limited free-trial period. I'm a bit concerned at some of the grand claims being made for some of the services it incorporates. It really should incorporate a blog covering particular questions of interest, and access to research articles discussing those issues -- things like "How vigorous should the exercises be?"; "What's the minimum amount of meditation practice that's been shown to be protective of brain function in people with PD?"; "What nutritional products are most neuroprotective in people with PD?" So far, of course, evidence on these topics is either limited or negative, but people need to know these things, AND there is valuable research and clinical opinions on them.
With launch of the paid version, 9zest has redesigned the app for better user experience with many exciting new features for PD fighters to discover.
