The game is really solid... For a mobile game. It's a perfect FE game for the phone that captures the gameplay of the original well. There's a lot of flaws like there being only four characters you can control in one battle. The combat mechanics are no where near as deep as the originals, you only get ONE skill, small maps etc. In terms of getting characters, there's microtransactions and RNG. BUT, exceptionally I did not mind this much, as you get enough orbs by just playing. This is also a free game so it's understandable for Nintendo to add microtransactions. Overall, my favourite mobile game I've played.
I love this game, it has that level of team building and level grinding that I enjoy in games like Disgaea. It has a small PvP aspect but doesn't feel pay to win and matches you up with equal opponents based on your team. They give you plenty of stamina so you have plenty of time to do everything you want. This game feels very gamer friendly and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time with it
The training tower just tried to obliterate me when I had a level advantage and a color advantage. My color weak to the color of the tower actually won it for me. Fix. Make summoning easier to get new people. Make it so F2P and P2P are on more even ground. The wgole game is falling to pieces and it isn't fun to play anymore. Adding points is nice, but it needs to be for everyone.... not just linked accounts. It lags the game as well.
I'm not sure how exactly the mechanisms of the summoning work, but I'm pretty sure I should be getting some decent units from time to time rather the same ones I have 3 in a row. :/ I don't think it's fair for me or other people that spent a ridiculous amount of money just to have a good unit only to end up with 3☆ repeats. This is such a money grab. Also focus summons are total rip offs; it's nearly impossible to get AT LEAST ONE thanks to luck.
Great Fire Emblem game! And you get plenty of energy for a free game. You won't run out in ten minutes like most free-to-play games. The chibi artstyle for battle is adorable while the characters' status screens vary in artstyle is interesting and cool way to show characters are summoned from different worlds. Highly recommended if you're interested in tactical gameplay.
It is great for those starting fire emblem, and follows the fire emblem format pretty well considering it's a app. It also feels like archers have newfound appreciation here, the only glaring problem I have is that it sometimes feels like a grind fest, what with levels, badges, and feathers. Oh and mounted mages can get overpowering really quick.
