I keep uninstalling this app and re-installing it to give it another chance, but my experience always brings me back to preferring the browser-based interaction. For example, a lot of otherwise clickable parts (i.e., store name) do not work in the app, while others just open a browser environment. I hope they fix these to significantly improve user experience. Notifications via email are also not removable (unfortunately), so app notifications are redundant

The app has connectivity problems regularly, the way that delivery fees work is a bit confusing because the app shows you the lowest price without taking into consideration all the extra fees that might occur which in many cases isn't the best deal you can get. I have a skroutz point locker 50m from my house but it always shows full and I am asked to select another which is like 15 or 20 times the distance

I really don't see the point of having a native app if I'm forwarded to a mobile browser activity on checkout. Just visit the website and save some space. My default browser is firefox and I'm not willing to switch just for this app. To make matters worse, it crashes while scrolling and resets to the top. Barely usable.
