The NissanConnect® Services app brings remote access, security, and convenience features from your Nissan to your compatible Android smartphone or Wear OS smartwatch (companion app). Start your engine, set customizable alerts, and get vehicle information - all without taking out your keys.

The NissanConnect Services app is compatible with select Nissan vehicles MY18 and newer.*

Access critical vehicle functions from nearly anywhere. NissanConnect Services can:
- Start or stop your vehicle
- Lock or unlock your doors
- Honk your vehicle's horn
- Flash your vehicle's lights


Add peace of mind to your drive. In an emergency, NissanConnect Services can:
- Automatically connect you to emergency services in the event of a collision
- Send roadside assistance to your location
- Provide live, hands-free emergency assistance via voice call at the touch of a button
- Help police locate your vehicle in the unfortunate event that it is stolen


Set unique alerts for your Nissan. NissanConnect Services can notify you:
- When your vehicle is driven outside or inside of a specified boundary
- When your vehicle is driven outside of a set time
- When your vehicle is driven over a specified speed
- When your vehicle is driven outside of an allowed area


Make every drive more comfortable and confident. NissanConnect Services can:
- Send software and map updates to your vehicle
- Connect you with a live, professionally-trained concierge team
- Locate your vehicle, whether it's parked or en route
- Provide status updates about your vehicle

As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features. I always get the error of there was a problem connecting to server. I can't ever use the send to car feature for navigation. None of the nissan apps work like they should. It doesn't even show my vehicle listed in the garage. Disappointed that I can't use half the features in the app for my vehicle. I've been trying for 30 minutes to use the find my vehicle feature and every time I get unable to reach. I've updated , cleared the cache and forced stopped the app but it's still not working.

1st off, should be totally free, charging a subscription may be commonplacebut that doesn't mean it's right. 2nd, the app is very slow, very sluggish, and doesn't always properly work. the remote start takes about 30 seconds at best, and often says "service not available" even though it was successful. These issues need to be ironed out.

It needs work. When I charge the car at a station, I turn on the climate controls for the air, but you can't turn it off. I had the push the start button of the car for it to turn off. Over all it has a lot of interesting features, but they don't always work. Nov 30th the features to turn the air or heat on from the car is missing from the application.
