Review from A Google User
Good. Love this app especially the peak times. Keeps me away from work when I should be. Scrollable email widget would give 5 stars. Whats the point in having a widget if I have to click to see my emails? Might as well just be an icon.
Save button has disappeared! Now the save button has dissapeard for saving a contact once found in the company globa directory?? Secondly after installing Marshmallow when I open Touchdown, I can now no longer see 'settings ' button at the bottom of the screen but now told on Samsung 6 you have to hold the far right bottom in the black area of the screen.
Old emails Im only able to view emails that are max 1 week old. Anything beyond that will not be shown. Is there anyway to rectify this? Thats not how mobility works.
Setting? Just upgraded my S6 to Android 6.0.1. Is it the reason why the setting button of Touchdown disappeared? Please fix it ASAP. Thanks. JUST FOUND OUT THE SOLUTION FROM GOOGLE: UNINSTALL TOUCHDOWN FOR SMARTPHONE AND INSTALL TOUCHDOWN HD INSTEAD. SETTING WILL BE BACK.
Unable to Sync Email I used to love this app but about 2 weeks after buying it (after the trial period) I started getting Syncing and Push Suspended Errors. I tried everything to find a fix to no avail. Now it is a useless $20 app. :(
Old UX Design. Email resync issues Design is nearly 4 generations old. Emails occasionally need to be resynced from scratch as it'll forget they exist.
Wtf? Where have the settings gone? Are you reading this? We have to reinstall to change our passwords. Have you gone mad? Just notified my password expires in 7 days. A fix by then or a full refund is not unreasonable?
